Do I need a gym membership to join?
Nope! Every program comes with both home and gym versions, so you can train wherever works best for you. Home workouts use minimal equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, or just bodyweight.
What equipment do I need for Home workouts?
Youโll get the best results with a set of dumbbells, a resistance band, and a mat. But donโt worry โ Iโll provide modifications even if youโre working with limited equipment.
I am a complete beginner. Is this right for me?
Absolutely, the Kickstart coaching program is designed especially for beginners. You will get clear instruction, video demos, and progress at your own pace- no judgement, no pressure.
Will I get a meal plan?
Instead of a rigid meal plan, I provide flexible nutrition guidance tailored to your goals. You will learn how to eat for fat loss and energy, without cutting out your favourite food, or giving up your culture.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?
Safety comes first, let me know your situation in the consultation call and I will modify your workouts accordingly. Your plan will be personalized to meet your needs, not ignore them.
What kind of support do I get?
All plans include app based messaging, check ins and habit tracking. If you choose All in coaching, you will get weekly 1:1 support, feedback and more accountability to keep you on track.
How is it different from a YouTube workout or a free plan?
This is just a workout- Its coaching. You will get structure, real time support, adjustments when needed and mindset tools to stay consistent. You are not doing this alone anymore.
How do I book the free consultation call?

Do you work with men too?
Yes! I work with both men and women who are ready to make a change- especially those who want a coach that understands what its like to be on the journey with them, not just preach from the finish line.
Do I need to track calories and macros?
Not necessarily, but it is always recommended. If you are in All-In Coaching, I can guide you with macro tracking and provide you the basics and details regarding your understanding about macros. For most clients, I like to start with simple habit-based changes that actually stick.
